Toby was surrendered by his owner becuase we would bark too much. Toby is a sweet dog, he was in depression when he was left at the shelter; he would not eat or would not come near anyone. But slowly he realized that we wwere there to help him, care for him, and love him. Toby is a great dog!!!! He needs a home where he will have attention, he loves going out on walks and people to pet his head. Adoption fee includes neuter or spay and appropriate inoculations. Spay/neuter is a requirement for adoption. Adoption available upon completion of a successful interview with prospective owners.
